As an attorney on the Ellis Porter’s High-Skilled Immigration Services team, Michael helps clients seeking green cards and nonimmigrant visas in the EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, and O-1 categories. Michael has experience working both with clients seeking self-petitioned green cards, as well as employers in employer-sponsored immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions. He focuses on close communication in order to prepare the strongest case for each client’s unique achievements and credentials.
Before joining Ellis Porter, Michael worked as an attorney in Ann Arbor, Michigan in the high-skilled immigration field with Ellis Porter attorneys David Allen, John Goslow, Andy Ingebritson, and Allyn Sinicropi, helping to manage the legal strategies for EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, and O-1 cases.
In addition to his current work, Michael has experience with a number of other employment-based immigration categories, including H-1B Specialty Occupation, L-1 Intracompany Transfer, TN NAFTA Professional, and EB-2 PERM-based green card petitions.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys cooking, board games, and watching sports, as well as spending time at the gym. Additionally, Michael loves live music and traveling, both in the US and abroad.
