It's Official--- Ellis Porter is a Cool Place to Work!

Ellis Porter is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as a Cool Place to Work in Michigan by Crain’s Detroit Business, the premier business news publication of Southeast Michigan. Out of all of companies nominated for the 2017 Cool Places to Work in Michigan list, only the top 100 were selected, and Ellis Porter is excited to be ranked #31 in the first year we were considered for this accolade.  We're also the only immigration law firm in Michigan to be included on the list, so we'll gladly accept the #1 ranking in that category!

Cool Where it Counts

This really isn't just about company field trips and serving the best snacks (although we do enjoy group food adventures here at EP!).  The Cool Places to Work program recognizes employers that go the extra mile to make employees feel appreciated — as judged by the employees themselves.  Winners are chosen based on employee responses to questions about workplace culture, company leadership, and other aspects of work in a confidential, 80 question survey.   We love our team here at Ellis Porter, and we're happy that our innovative employee benefits and policies, team building activities, focus on work-life balance, diversity, and long-term growth strategies really set us apart from other Michigan employers.
