Visa Bulletin Update: USCIS Will Use Final Action Dates Next Month

After several months of honoring the Dates for Filing chart, USCIS has announced that it will return to using the Final Action Date chart, which reflects actual immigrant visa availability for that month.

Employment-Based Priority Date Cut-offs for February 2019

To be eligible to file an employment-based adjustment application in February, employer-sponsored foreign nationals must have a priority date that is earlier than the date listed below for their preference category and country.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has chosen to honor the Department of State Final Action Dates chart, rather than the Dates for Filing chart it has chosen for the last several months. The Final Action Date chart reflects actual visa availability for that month.
