Some H-1B Cap Cases Being Receipted

Ellis Porter is pleased to report that we're seeing the first of FY19's lottery picks.  Checks have cleared for at least a dozen client's participating in the Master's Cap selection.  This is consistent with anecdotal reports from the immigration bar.

The receipting of cases appears to be limited to Master's Cap cases for now, as those are the first to be processed under the lottery selection system.

For our clients- Petitioners will be notified when Ellis Porter receives "hard copy" receipt notices by mail.  We will continue to post updates for our readers as the receipting process advances.
