Jennifer Stevens

Case Manager

Jen is a Case Manager on our Business Immigration Services team, working primarily with clients in the IT staffing and automotive industries.  Before coming to Ellis Porter, Jen was the Immigration Compliance Manager at a large staffing and recruiting company, which has provided her with a unique understanding of the day-to-day immigration challenges that employers and employees face in a fast-paced and growing business environment.  This perspective has proven to be incredibly valuable as Jen assists our clients with their work visa and green card application needs.

As for Jen's personality, she is always cool, calm and collected (we call her the Chief of Chill), which puts our clients at ease as they navigate the hectic deadlines and uncertainties that are often part of the employment-based immigration process.  She is also gifted with the ability to bring positivity to any situation with the brightness of her smile, which is matched by the brightness of her holiday sweater (yes, it has flashing lights!).

Growing up in a blended family with twelve siblings and half-siblings, Jen has a deep, personal appreciation for diversity, which naturally attracted her to the immigration field.  She really enjoys getting to know people from around the world and witnessing firsthand how their cultures and contributions blend into the fabric of America.  Little known fact about Jen: Before making a last-minute career shift, Jen almost became a veterinarian.  Not bad training to have when her coworkers start horsing around (insert bad joke groan).

Outside the office, Jen likes to spend her time, you guessed it, chilling out.
