Anthony Mosko

Senior Attorney & Director, Automotive/Engineering/Manufacturing Industry Practice Team

Anthony is a Senior Attorney on our Business Immigration Services team working primarily with clients in the Automotive, Engineering and Manufacturing fields, including start up companies, Fortune 500 companies and every size company in between.  He also leads Ellis Porter’s Automotive/Engineering/Manufacturing Industry Practice Team. Clients are consistently impressed with Anthony's responsiveness, as well as the knowledgeable, practical advice he provides on nonimmigrant visas, employment based green cards and other business immigration issues.  Prior to joining Ellis Porter in May 2012, Anthony represented clients in family-based green card matters, asylum hearings, deportation proceedings, and appellate filings with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.   

Around the office, Anthony enlightens us daily with his impressive vocabulary (a product of his English degree), and entertains us with his sharp wit.    

Anthony's family immigrated to the United States from Italy and Sicily, and this personal immigration connection helps him to appreciate the challenges and benefits of the immigrant experience. Anthony is also an eclectic sports fanatic, and in his spare time he is an ardent supporter of Xavier basketball, Notre Dame football, and the New York Yankees.
